RESTORE, from Lancashire Youth Challenge, is a 12 or 24-week programme for young people aged 12-19.

Working with professional practitioners to develop their creativity, fitness, and outdoor adventure skills, this carefully crafted series of workshops has been designed specifically for young people to:

  • Support the restoration of confidence
  • Reignite a curiosity for the world around them
  • Build resilience, leading to a willingness to try new things
